Brighton & Hove Albion under-18s begin their FA Youth Cup campaign against West Ham United at the Chigwell Construction Stadium tonight, kick-off 7pm.
It is the first game in the competition for both clubs, with all Premier League and Championship sides entering the competition at the third round stage.
Both teams ply their trade in the U18 Premier League South table – Albion sit tenth, while West Ham lie four places above the Seagulls in sixth.
It will be the first of two matches for Albion’s under-18s against the Hammers this month, with Mark Beard’s and Mikey Harris’s side set to visit the Little Heath Sports Centre on 15th December.
