It's the way they seem to know where everyone is, even those behind the player with the ball. The amount of reverse passes and so on is hugely impressive.

Comfortable controlled performance, but certainly not a memorable one.

West Ham will come out with more energy and some subs the second half. We need another goal, so something a little more incisive than we've seen so far.

Welbz was inside but the contact with his foot happened just outside, as seen on the picture. No idea what the laws say about that.

Anyway, Brighton looking a lot better after the goal. Some sloppyness but nothing compared to West Ham, hopefully they can be equally shite in the second half.

It was said the contact was on the line so pen.

Can't see West Ham being so slack in the second half. But they did play on Thursday, so keep it clean until 70 then hit them with pace off the bench to push them back. C'mon Albion!!

We are bossing this one so far, but would feel better if we get an early goal to really put it to bed. Also, hats off to Welbeck again: He really is key to how we want to do things.

Pretty good first half but there's absolutely room for improvement. Want more from Welbeck, it is obvious he could abuse their defense (not least Kehler) but other than the great action creating the penalty, he's not been friends with the ball today.
