It would be the most Brighton thing ever to nick a winner in these circumstances.

(Worth a try!)

This must be some deep rooted psychological issue. We all know we need a striker but West Ham’s highest league goalscorer is Antonio on 6 which isn’t a massive amount, but they look like anyone in their team is capable of scoring. I can’t say the same for us sadly.

Not sure if this is a coaching issue or something a bit more deep seated.

Bloody good post.

Something deep seated . . . . . Despite this evenings 'happy ending'

Deepest, darkest Sussex
Looked dodgy early on but some huge saves from Sanchez last 20 mins

Maupay always has and always will have that in his locker.

We’ve deserved it. West Ham are a good team. Hopefully we can push on again.
Sanchez now doing what he does best.

Never in doubt.

I said Maupay would score with an overhead kick and nobody believed me.

And now Bobby coming good, another save, he cost us, but now he's saved us.

Well done, is confidence must have been low.
