They are playing first team players that have played as many if not more than our replacement to our first team. Think about how many first team games Burn, Button, Balogun, Bernado, Gyokeres have played. Yea they have a sixteen year old that they have brought on late in the game but the narrative of "beaten by their academy" being trolled out is misleading in the extreme.

But apart from Gyokeres the rest of the team may not have played many games this season but have plenty of experience.
