Were not getting in to the playoffs - FACT

Lets be realistic for just one minute here.

Yes we have games in hand. But the 3rd and 4th places are gone. Walsall lie in 5th and are winning and playing very well so ive heard.

We are rebuilding after the oss of the players in jan and are starting to try and put a run together. Its a little too late im afraid. another two points dropped on sat.

In the real world were not going to do it.......were realistically going for the 6 th and final play off spot and are fighting 4 teams at least who are winning more than we are. With trips to walsall,carlisle,leeds and forest. how can anyone be blinded to the fact were nothing more than a mid table side who can start next season a fresh.

And the problem with that is? I 95% agree (although as long as we are in with a shout then theres something to play for), but in all honesty thats a situation I'd be quite comfortable with.

Saturday was the first game i had been to since the cheltenham away game a few weeks back and I must say it was a VAST improvement. We looked dangerous going forward and are creating a lot. It wasnt murrys day and in fairness Im still waiting to see more from him...looks raw and will do well...little to league 2 ish at mo.

But things look good......maybe thomson isnt the man for us..tho.....poor each time ive seen him. im feeling more positive tho

Why take up all this space when all you needed to say is that we do not have enough quality and consistency to be realistic about the play-offs. I would be delighted if it happened though.

I dont see how you think im annoyed, just stating a fact. Im annoyed that under the majority of Wilkins tenure in charge has been inconsistant trash...but if he turns it around and performances and results improve...I will like many others be very happy.

I never expected us to get relegated this season....but I expected the performances on the whole to have been better..but so did the fans.....hense low gates.

Im bitter about albion fans & the blooms..not at wilkins.

I never wear rose tinted specs......being real here.....

the FACT remains that "if" we win our games in hand we COULD get promoted.

I'd rather have the points on the board than games in hand but none the less we still have a shout - it will be an exciting finish for sure - March will determine our end of season position.

how dreadful it is to be 6 points off playoff place with 3 games in hand, far better to be 6 points off safety after playing 3 more games then you really could have a good whinge. FFS just piss off and support bournmuff then , murray is so shit cos he only scored 4 so far when clearly he should be hitting 2 or more per game after all we did pay for him, thomson is better than hammond. I wonder how many leeds fans describe Kandol as a bit too league 2ish.

yes I do, I admit we don't have the strongest squad but we are more than capable of beating any team in this division as other teams in the top half could also beat us but if you look at the table, we are well within touch of the play-offs and therefore are worthy of a place in them
