It's not often I laugh out loud when I see the subject heading of an email from Southern Rail!

They seem to think everything is fine and dandy again now.

There are quite a few CEOs that deserve the boot at the moment.....Govia, Barclays, United Airlines. If they don't go, then people will draw the obvious conclusions.

I received that email today, utterly hilarious. They really have got some front.
