Arsenal did it against barca in champs league- looked brilliant! The atmosphere for that game on TV felt brilliant. So I'm not against the idea just yet. Would have preferred a scarf though but that may be a tad more expensive!

If they were all different sizes, colours, styles then fine,... but when they are all uniform, a la Chelsea on CL nights, it looks contrived and 'plastic'....... the Kop was always good with all the random flags.

Ow well. Over the past 12 months it must have been raised (pun intended) a dozen times but no clarity from anyone at club nor uber fans means I'm cancelling the several hundred pounds of giant flags commissioned to make Amexfield. Shame really thought it would look good. But just not prepared to risk not being allowed in. Sure a little plastic one on each seat will look terrific.

Same for me, the grandsons will love it and it's for a very special game, don't know why some people are getting their knickers in a twist over it. Don't like it then don't join in, not a hard decision is it?
