On the zero tolerance thing, that doesn't mean no noise - it just means no swearing. I've been known to let more than the odd expletive slip at a match before.... but if the club's trying to create a whole area where people can take their kids without being put off by bad language, that's a good thing. And for anyone that says it's not in the spirit of football, pretentious new fans, prawn sandwich brigade etc etc... well, Brian Clough was trying to stamp out swearing at the City Ground way back in the late 70s and early 80s... so it's not exactly a new concept.
