Underrated band. I always forget that they were Welsh.

Saw a few great concerts from them, one at the Dome, and another free one on the beach in LA just before flying home - we were just killing time and came across it!

My daughter used to work for Newport City Council and one of the members of Goldie Looking Chain was elected as a councillor. He was excellent..
It’s nowhere near what would be my sort of music normally, but I really think they’re class!

I played International Velvet almost non-stop when I bought it after hearing the excellent Mulder and Scully but this remains my favourite track

I watched the BBC's show late last night. Some of those mentioned here were featured: Manics, Gorkys, The Alarm, Feeder. The Stereophonics were on twice as was Tom Jones. They did include Duffy, who has a great voice and Badfinger who I didn't know were Welsh. NSC's list wins again. We did miss Los Campesinos though:
