There's something iconic about the current logo.

However, if we must change, than while I like #4, I think it's too congested for a logo.
So I'd go with #1.

(But lose the glow, possibly stylise it with an unsharp mask, or posterise)

Any chance of mocking-up a no.5 showing the iconic Goldstone pylon where it is on the far left, include a smallest hint of sexy Amex curve on the far right and turn the seagull round so it looks like its flying from one to the other. Symbolic innit.
