The big failing point for this team has been the defence. Had we not lost both our left backs for most of the season so far, and the right back then the defence would have been a lot more solid. A solid defence = clean sheets and gives the rest of the team something to build on.

Slade obviously thought that we had enough cover at right back but unfortunately that's not been the case.

It also looks like we need a couple of older faces in the team as well.

A large chunk of these tickets were cheapo ones. Just goes to show that if the club had a reasonable pricing strategy then Withdean will fill

too bloody right - if they priced a season ticket at about £13 i'd go every week rain or shine, win or lose. as it is, i go to 3 or 4 aways and 7 or 8 home games.

I think people are beyond mass protests....fans now are resigned to the fact that we are a poor side and appear to accepted it. just so long as Slade doffs his cap to the singing section, they all think he is God.

On Monday nights I chat with a few people who have been supporters for 50 odd years and they all are so dissolutioned with it all that the only reason they carry on going is that they have season tickets....which I can sympathise with.

I think its so very sad that it has come to this.
