I have , I've been told by my MP that approx 400 illegal migrants are being sent back a month but lefty lawyers are stalling the processes to get more out of the country yet others say no one has been returned?

That sounds very distressing. Are you getting support for your anxiety about this? I can put you in touch with some agencies that can help. As always, if you feel you are experiencing a medical emergency dial the 9's and ask for the ambulance service. You can also use the universal European emergency service number 112 which will connect you to the relevant emergency call handler service wherever you are in Europe, if that doesn't pose too much of an existential dilemma for you.

Many have fled violence in the country after the Taliban returned to power following the withdrawal of a US-led military coalition in August.
Three chefs will cook a range of Afghan dishes later, funded by the Liverpool Afghan Resettlement Group.
Organiser Rozanne McCoy said it would "give the Afghan newcomers the warmest Liverpudlian welcome" possible.
