Well, with his filthy habits he’ll need to altar his was ways. He is now surplice to requirements.

Does any body else do this?

For example, if I turn the cold tap on the shower too much I insist that I must stay in the freezing cold water stream until it warms up as a punishment.
If I losing count whilst doing press ups then I have to do 5 extra.
The other day I was having fajitas and put too many jalapenos in - despite the fact that it made me feel a bit sick as it was too hot I made myself eat it as a punishment for foolishly putting too many in.

I was wondering if I am too hard on myself or do I deserve everything I get?
