Today has turned into one of the worst of my f***ing life. Thanks a lot Zoltan Gera with your 94th minute penalty. Not his fault San Marino are so shit though I suppose.

I went to give my new drug counsellor a peck on the cheek at the end of my meeting this morning and made her really embarrassed. She was fit. I didn't mean to make her feel awkward but she didn't want any kind of emotion. She probably won't want to see me again or took the piss out of me to her colleagues. It's just I'm quite a warm person like that but I didn't mean anything by it.

Tomorrow promises to be better surely.
