and a lottery ticket for 5 weeks which so far has got me three neighbours every week

would have had about £2900 - luckily it was on one of those ladbrokes bets and if you get one wrong they still pay out on 6!!! got £275 back!

Wigan Palace and Brighton were epic failures for me.

My big return of 40k never came close.

I look at a weeks fixtures and decide this looks like a lot of WINS or a lot of DRAWS. I felt, beginning of the season this has several AWAY WINS.

But it turned out to be littered with draws and bookies always win when there are loads of draws. I did get Sunderland and Watford correct. But teams like Oldham and Huddersfield let me down to.

September to Novemenber the past two seasons I won a couple of six teams accross europe. £2 stake £30 returns. its this sort of bet i wanna put down with £200 very soon, but hopefully not this month cos i know it'll be jinxed!!!

Steer clear of them.
Fine for a little giggle bet for pennies or a couple of quid - but long term they won't make you rich.

What's the deal with the Ladbrokes accumalators?

I work in Ladbrokes, I'll answer this one.

The safety net bet... you pick 5, 6, 7 or 8 teams to win and give us the total stake. If you pick 5 teams, that would be 1 5 teamer and 5 fourfolds, so if you staked £6 then you'd have £1 for the 5 of them to come in, and then you've got 5 £1 fourfolds, so if 4 of them come in then you get that. Obviously, if you get the lot then you get paid out on all 6 bets.

My accumulator was looking pretty special for a while this weekend actually.

5 winners, 4 draws and just 2 defeats. Disappointing, but I did alright. Better than the chap who had a 12 teamer and ALL 12 lost!
