It's almost as if the climate is changing.
It's just weather. FFS.
The climate may well be changing but that's different. Innit.
Went swimming off Seaford on Tuesday, go in 2/3 a week if the winds allow
I was really feeling the cold this afternoon that I had to put my thick winter coat on and getting up is so dreadful at this time of the year that I practically shiver when I come out of the shower. Please, let's have a mild winter.
An imbalance of my blood not getting enough oxygen. Ferrous sulfate tablets do help but maybe I need to up my dosage.
Wind has been a killer with rough seas most days before this week, moon pull also a factor. Was a wee bit hairy yesterday coming out trying not to get ‘wave-slammed.’ It’s worse at Seaford because of the sloping sea shelf, so a 4 foot wave translates into a 6 foot wave if your feet are on the bottom.
Have to dodge the monster trucks a the moment
Global warming or not but it's the middle of November and I saw a butterfly this morning (alive) and a ladybird this afternoon.
Plus my grass which I cut a month ago is in desperate need of another cut.
Mad.
Its not uncommon to see red admiral butterflies in my garden into November as I have a lot of Ivy which flowers around this time (it also attracts lots of hover flies & wasps).
Saw a red darter dragon fly (not sure exact variant) as well during the week. A saw one a couple of years ago in December on a warm day. Like a lot of creatures they will hibernate and as soon as its warm they come out.
What I am not sure if this would have been the same 50 years ago but is certainly more observable now.
November, it’ll snow then.I don’t know about anyone else but I’m seriously getting miffed with the constant cold, wind and rain. I’ve just checked the 10 day forecast and it’s predicting more of the same… Any ‘weather experts’ have any ideas when it’s likely to change for the better?
Well I can give you the good news, as there'll be no sign of any fog at Wembley, only what is produced from fans back firing after a few beersI don’t know about anyone else but I’m seriously getting miffed with the constant cold, wind and rain. I’ve just checked the 10 day forecast and it’s predicting more of the same… Any ‘weather experts’ have any ideas when it’s likely to change for the better?

Well that's disappointing, next week was forecast to be a heatwave a few days agoI don’t know about anyone else but I’m seriously getting miffed with the constant cold, wind and rain. Here's me thinking (bar the storm and few days of unsettled weather following it) its been a lovely few weeks (yes after admittedly a very wet start to spring across europe)... lovely day yesterday too, lovely morning today, looks settled the next few weeks with plenty of sun... where are you!?!I don’t know about anyone else but I’m seriously getting miffed with the constant cold, wind and rain.
