Surely the only solution to this widespread chaos is a merger between the two clubs. The only sticking point is which stadium do we use

Good point.

We'll use our red stripes, and Brighton's blue stripes for the kits.

That's obvious we sell both our grounds save the money and boot AFC Wimbledon out of Kingsmeadow and move there its a perfect result for everybody

Robinson has done nothing to merit a job higher up the league than where he is now. Pulis won't go back to Palace because he can't stand Steve Parish. Sherwood to Palace, I reckon. Which will please plenty on here until he leads them up into mid-table.

But would Pulis consider going back to Palace knowing that Parrish is on the verge of selling up and a mind boggling bonus to save them from relegation ?

here and there
Pulis has no interest in Brighton whatsoever.
Wouldn't surprise me but do you know this as fact?

Interesting to see that Pulis has instantly ruled himself out of a palace return.

the way our 2 clubs are going, maybe we could include Crawley Town, its about in the middle of our combined catchments and with the crawley fans as well we might just be able to fill their ground.

Crystal and Hove Town? the Red Deagulls

Maybe you can supply the drum?

prawn sandwiches, pies and an assortment of coloured lightbulbs from the away fans end.

what about Parrish v's Bloom? Do we go for the dictatorial Spandau Ballet wannabe to act as CEO, player finder, director of football, team picker? or do we take a gamble on an extra from the set of Gullivers travels?

Seeing as one delivered a first class stadium and the other planned one then binned it.... its a tough choice

He was waiting for Ashley to sack Pardew.

Pulis will turn up at Leicester, they are promising to spend the sort of money that he wants, which with the greatest respect to Brighton, you haven't got right now because of FFP.

Robinson and Howe are very similar. Have spent/been allowed a considerable period of time building up competitive squads, have become big fishes in a small sea and are reluctant to move elsewhere.

One prioritised sorting things out on the pitch first, the other built a 'palace' for eunuchs without a king
