Please, he misplaced pass after pass, was heading for another yellow with rash tackles, and will get a red soon if he plays more games.....rushes everything.

But last week there were laods of people on here clammering for him to play.

We were much worse at Ipswich.

Ipswich were a lot better than Yeovil too.

I've been waiting for a comparison with how we played at Ipswich. I saw that game and we were truly woeful. I didn't go yesterday and so it's impossible to comment.

I'm not convinced that all of our problems are injury-related. There does seem to be a mismatch between what Oscar said at the start of the season about the way he wants to play and what we see on the pitch. Some will say that we need better players to play the way Oscar wants to. Hmmm. I would agree that we may need better players to play his way effectively, but surely the players we have could play that way ineffectively? I just see no evidence that we're trying to play his way at the moment.

What is the difference now and 4 games ago? Or were we still awful during our unbeaten run and just got results?

Really?

Last 4 games = 2 goals. Unbeaten run = 7 goals in 6 games.

We're not scoring, that's the difference.

i think the emphasis is on we seem to have no plan, well thats my take on it mate

could be wrong of course

as for our "unbeaten run" as you say.....personally i thought we were looking very suspect

The truth is, we are still creating chances - lots of them. Not a sign of a bad team at all. We just cannot do the one thing that comes down to what football is all about, putting the ball in the back of the net. 2014 will be a different proposition with Ulloa and CMS partnered together, we just have to get through this until then.

When you have ' big ' players missing, you need others to step up to the plate. Sadly, we are being let down at present by too many. Oscar knows who these are and some of them won't get too many more chances. He has to sort out the RB problem. We don't have one who is good enough at this level. We are lacking a driving force in midfield and we all know our current inadequacy upfront. All in all its a bit of a mess at the moment but it will be sorted.
The number of players we can rely on at present are too few....TK ( God forbid he gets injured ) Upson and KLL. Of the rest, Ward, Andrews and Crofts are ok but nothing more. That leaves....
1) Bruno...embarrassingly poor. Can't seem to concentrate. Gives the ball away regularly.
2) Calderon...rampages forward into the box and misses simple chances but just cannot defend. Fails to stay tight to players.
3) Greer...lose count every game how many times he gives the ball away, usually under no pressure. The main reason we are accused of hoofball, he keeps launching it 60 yards into no-mans land. Desperately missing Bridcutt, who, for a long time, has covered up Greer's complete inability to pass the ball. Bridders fetches it off him and absolves him of any responsibility. Slow on the turn, he has now gone over the top at this level and must be rested/replaced asap.
4) Ince..looked slow and immature yesterday. Half a yard off the pace, it was painful to watch. Has he lost confidence after being left out post his M.O.M performance. If so, he needs to regain it asap. 3/10 yesterday.
5) JFC...now needs to show more. Plays little 3 yard balls, then hides from the ball. Seems to want to get rid asap and let others do the work.
6 ) Lopez...missing Orlandi...lightweight touch player who needs stronger players around him. Like Bruno, specialised yesterday in over-hitting crosses by 25 yards. Hopefully, better to come.
7 ) Buckley..flatters to deceive every game. Not 'trained-on ' in two years. Survives on two or three runs in 90 minutes. Coasts and doesn't track back. Most overrated player in the squad. Member of the BGBC ( Bruno/ Greer / Buckley Club ) who have competitions every game to see who can give the ball away the most ( under no pressure ).
8) Barnes...feel a bit sorry for him. Incapable and unable to play lone striker role. Lacks physicality and is knocked off the ball at the slightest touch. Can only win free-kicks by diving. Had best chance, with header yesterday and should have scored. At best, support player coming off bench. Doesn't have the class to play 90 minutes at this level.
9) Conway..saw a lot of the ball yesterday and put in one good cross, from which Barnes should have scored. The rest were over-hit. Looks unbalanced as a player always on the verge of a half-stumble. His run and attempted shot was embarrasssing. Don't think he's the answer and will be back to Wales fairly soon.
10) Agustien...looks strong but seems to want to hit every pass at 100mph. Hence every pass he hits is mis-controlled or races away 60 yards upfield. Seems to have eyes on the BGBC.
11) Lita...had chances yesterday. Lost his composure on one. Too early too judge, particularly in this team performance.

For those not at Yeovil yesterday, let me put it into context. The home side were the worst team I have ever seen at this level. They were so bad that whenever we gave away the ball ( rough guess 65-70 times ) they gave it straight back to us. They will get relegated and on that showing could drop straight into Div.2. Their two centre-backs were big, slow lumps. They had very little in midfield and nothing upfront. They committed foul after foul and were delighted with the point. They have scored 6 goals in 12 games and it was obvious they weren't going to score yesterday. They couldn't. They were nervous, disjointed and lacking any confidence. They had no class and no ambition.
We failed to beat them.

Not forgetting we were in an almost identical situation 12 months ago, only without the chance creation:-

I'm struggling to see how all these rock solid conclusions can be made after 18 hours of football.

Really what? I am just trying to guage what has happened - 4 games ago all was well with the world of BHA on NSC, now it isn't. Had we scored yesterday with our missed sitters, would we still be awful but slightly more clinical? Were we playing significantly better then than we are now? We are certainly creating chances, so perhaps not as awful as some may suggest.

This I agree with. Heading straight back from where they came. When they visit us, we should be disappointed with anything less than a 4-0 win.

The bus load all reckon . I asked what the problem was and their answer was the players being brought in arent good enough so questions need be asked of Oscar, David Burke and whether the board actually want to move up the league or are content to just avoid relegation..

I think the transfers we made are all David Burke's fault. I heard for a fact that Oscar had no say on who was brought in. Everything else though is Garcia's fault.

Totally agree with that last paragraph..it almost felt like watching a Sunday morning match at the park..with no disrespect to those teams

Yeovil are a best priced 4/11 to go down. That's buying money. A 36% return in 7 months.

Have a betting syndicate with a group of friends. Just discussing the merits of £11000 to win £4000. Trying to persuade them how poor Yeovil are. Question..." they may improve "...Answer..." No chance "
It will pay for two of us to get to Brazil.
