Who's that man from Argentina
He's that man called Ali Mac
Saw the world cup
And said "I am having that"
Next he's gonna win the b'alon d'or!!!

Or

Who's that man from Argentina
Who's that man we all adore
His name is Ali Mac
He's brought the world cup back
And next he'll have the b'alon d'or

Don't cry for us Brighton & Hove Albion
The truth is we're f***ing brilliant
Now we've got Ally
the World Cup winner
We're gonna make it
... to the Europa

(needs a bit of work!)

I like the second one. Think it should reference Argentina and it’s fairly simple for us to sing. We sang the Ulloa version loud and proud.
However, on a note of pedantry, is he going to win the b’alon D’or before or after Moises? Perhaps consecutive years with the third being Mitoma or Facundo B?

Has to be "Who's that man from Argentina?"....

First time round loud, second time ramped up even louder. Great song.

Will take a while for the agreed lines 3-5 to emerge. I like:

Who's that man from Argentina?
Who's that man we all adore?
His name is Ali Mac
He brought the World Cup back
And next he's gonna win the Ballon D'or...!

He's Alexis,
Knits the game together like Tetris,
He'd cover a pitch as big as Texas,
He's Mac Allister.

Has to be short, catchy, and straight to the point. So i have used the following song
"I am the one and only
nobody i'd rather be" etc
to come up with this
"He is the one and only
a Brighton world cup winner
he is the one and only
He's Alexis Mac Allister!!"
and repeat for as long as we can. ( Before anyone kicks off the a is inserted before Brighton for scanning purposes)

Return of the Mac) he’s on the attack
(You know that he’s back) watch him go
(Return of the Mac) he’s gonna score
(You know that he’s back) we want more

I’ll get my coat. 😬
Will you have to ask the cloakroom for the return of the Mac?

Sorry, but whenever I hear "The one and Only", I have to tell someone that Chesney Hawkes is an anagram of Cheesey Whanks

Slight alteration. Really needs Albion in there somewhere.

Ale ale ale ale ale Mac Allister
In white and blue
In white and blueeeee
Something like this sang at I think Watford last season and a fair few joined in. But it was our Argentine he is divine - something (can’t remember) would be easy cos their colours are white and blue…
