Thats all very well, but it wont help with the clowns who want to order a coffee and a Mars Bar, then faff about asking their mates what they want, then the poor untrained cashier fumbling about with the till.

Is there anything more infuriating than seeing someone in the queue in front of you who has waited 20mins to get served and in that time has not managed to figure out what they're going to order!!??

There should be a 10 second rule like if a cricketer wants to review a decision, if they get to the front and within 10 secs haven't ordered they're out, tough luck, next!

There is never a wait to have a beer served at the Amex. Just looking across the counter you'll see loads of full pints waiting to be grabbed. I don't think the staff are that slow when you think it is not a full time job with a weeks training, it is a four hour job every two to three weeks. If the beer was ready, the pies/burgers/hot dogs ready and those damn hot drinks ready all would run smoothly.

Quite possibly. I think the suggestion of these fill-from-the-bottom beers has come up on here almost as frequently.
