Obviously I got up on the right side of bed today, just been on the BBC website to predict the rest of the games and was supprised by the results. Obviously i'm being optamistic but it's not entirely impossible. (Remember Ipswich, Stoke & Woles have nothing to play for).

Ipswich v Brighton (Btn win)
Millwall v Plymouth (Plymouth win)
Palace v Crewe (Palace win)
Sheff Weds v Norwich (Draw)

Brighton v Sheff Weds (Btn win)
Crewe v Cardiff (Cardiff win)
Southampton v Millwall (Soton win)

Leeds v Crewe (Leeds win)
Millwall v Burnley (Burnley win)
Sheff wed v Reading (Reading win)
Wolves v Brighton (Draw)

Brighton v Stoke (Brighton win)
Crewe v Millwall (Draw)
Derby v Sheff Wed (Derby win)

Final table:

Brighton – 45
Sheff Weds – 43
Crewe – 38
Millwall – 37

Could do with the wins being by a few goals as it could come down to goal difference between us and Sheff weds if draws turn to losses or vice versa.

The trouble with these things is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to do them without first slipping on your rose-tinted spectacles.

We ALWAYS assume that we will win/draw our games and everyone else will be SHIT.

I am in the camp that says we can stay up, but to do so will require a miracle

No such thing as nothing to play for.

As Southampton showed on saturday, ever club will have players playing for their jobs and new contracts, especially at Ipswich and Wolves where this season will have been viewed as a failure at both.

No point doing predictions as the answer is simple... win all four stay up... don't and we won't

I think Sheff Wed will win A game so we need 4 wins

I'm going to Ipswich hoping that we win, Norwich win, Palace win and Plymouth win. Should that happen and we beat Wednesday its all to play for again. Only hoping though before people stab me and burn me and throw me to the pigions. :jester:

Come on its only 3 wins and a draw or if they are good wins (2-3 goals) then 2 wins and 2 draws.

Crewe have difficult games and their run wont last.

We can beat Sheff Weds and they will not beat Reading!

& Millwall are just shit - FACT (plus they have a couple of injury worries)

So, despite winning only SIX of our first FORTY-TWO games, we're suddenly going to win THREE of the last FOUR?

:thud:

That would be 9/10 out of 46. So still poor. So why not? ???

I actually think that Crewe have a good chance of staying up. They should beat Cardiff and Millwall and their games with Palace and Leeds will be nervous affairs for both teams, so I could see them winning one and losing one. I can also see Shef W not getting more than 3 more points (unless they beat us). I wonder what the odds are?

But Crewe have to play Millwall, think they will get 3pts, and reckon Sheff Wed might get three from Derby

We need to win all four...end of

Eh? If you go back to after the Millwall game last February, when we won 1-0, this is our league record since:

P W D L Pts
53 7 21 25 42

Doesn't look good does it? 13.2% win ratio is very VERY poor for a professional football club.

Yeah but I was responding to safeway and talking about this season. We could go back to the three promotions and chuck them in if you want.
