That was very polite and reasonable. And it was spot on. By all means discuss other less important fixtures at half-time and after the match but only then.

Glad most in agreement though. Pint at the end watching the euro games and looking at the Championship table on the screen is a good post match chat.

It isn't always easy to concentrate. At the football on Saturday, in a quiet part of the first half, the couple behind me were discussing whether a woman at their workplace was a lesbian. Personally i wasn't interested but i had no choice but to listen. Birmingham put a stop to it though. They scored.
