It most probably is. Lovely bubbly football.
This current crop of players wearing the stripes are doing fantastic. And I think we have one chance at this. The big six won't be this crap again for a long time, this is the Leicester moment, not to win the league obviously but to break into the top six. We will be raided at the end of the season whether top 6 or not and we settle back down to mid table for the following seasons. We may be approaching that ceiling thing Gus was on about. From there, who knows where it goes, but pretty certain it isn't upwards so everyone enjoy it while you can. And stop worrying about league one teams who have won us once or twice.

My first game was in 84 - a 0-0 v Barnsley, I watched the final games of the 91 season beating Ipswich and Millwall to the play off final loss against Tommy Johnston and was on the pitch at the Goldstone for the last game there. Never went to Priestfield but a fair few games at the Theatre of trees and Zamora at his best for us. All through the Amex years up to promotion. This current side is the stuff of dreams and I just want to bottle the feeling forever.
This may be true but I am not seeing it, literally. I gave up my season ticket due to illness and last season and this have therefore been to around a dozen games only. Despite picking some games that I knew we would win, eg Norwich, Forest and the like, in those dozen games I have not seen us win once at home though did break my duck away at Wolves. I did not see us win even once the whole of last season.

It is insane how good we are. I’m loving it of course. I think De Zerbi us a class above what we have had before. We are obliterating teams.

I've never really felt it a privilege to watch BHA, but right now I do. Even if I wasn't a fan, as a neutral I would say we were one of the slickest, most fun teams to watch right now. I have work colleagues who support other teams (we have a Spurs, a West Ham and a Watford), and when it comes to discussing the latest rounds of results, they are all in "bloody hell" mode when we come to my team.
Right now, this IS the greatest team in our entire history that we are witnessing, there's no debate to be had. And one of the best things about it ? Its NOT being dependant on a talisman striker banging them in, carrying the team, driving the results. We don't have a great striker. We don't need one. And that just makes us even more magnificent.

Yes, I feel this is the best Albion squad of all-time. I think the proof of this is we are a goal threat all over the pitch, in particular the goals frrom midfield. RDZ has used our young players and they have energised the whole side.
And yet I feel we could get better, in particular unlocking teams who employ the low block. Ferguson and Mitoma could be the key to that.

I live in Portland, Maine, a medium sized town in the North-East corner of the U.S. For the Arsenal game I wasn't able to watch in my usual bar, so went to an Irish pub downtown. Inside were five young men in their 20s who had decided that Brighton were their Premier League team, and had fully bought into the experience. They knew all the players, phrases like 'Little Old Brighton', talked about 'us', and were just as passionately watching the game as I was. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the club. Having lived here for nearly 30 years it feels a little strange to no longer be the only Brighton fan in town, to be honest, but it shows how far we've come and how much our style of football is appreciated and enjoyed everywhere.

..it's always been like this ..... But normally significantly more shit.
I've been around for a number of "This is the best Brighton side ever and we'll never have a tough time again" and for a number of "We're shite and will never win a game again" phases and it has been fun and painful and fun and painful and fun and painful and so on... I avoid getting caught in it though, I know when things are shite that they will get better and I know when things are great that there will be shite times somewhere ahead. I'm not Mr. Living-The-Moment when it comes to football.
That said, the improvement in the team results in less pain and more fun, and I much prefer that. Its been very rosy since the Arsenal win.
