Unfortunately not, the nominated biscuit must be quoted or stated in a message and the message clearly stating as a 'seconded' vote to the original nomination, to be able to be qualified into the list of seconded biscuits.

Less ambiguity when it's clearly stated, I'm trying to avoid a catastrophic error within the WBBWC

Thank you but to be clear, it has to be a Tunnock's tea cake. A Warburton's teacake, for example, is a fruit bun.
