If you look at the comments underneath the article, they seem convinced he's gone to Cardiff, following Malky McKay.

Lets hope it works out better than the last one we poached from Watford, although Cardiff does sound like a more realistic.

It seems unlikely that somebody should leave a championship side where he is the main man in his job to join another club in the same division and not be the main man.

We don't know what role he's been recruited for though. The role he had at Watford does sound very much like MM's here, but that doesn't mean that this chap would be doing the same stuff here. Might be heading up a sports science team at the academy, for example?

Doesn't sound like the same job as the one you describe for MM
