Considering he hadn't touched the ball up to then and was nervous, that wasn't a nice free kick to be facing and moved a lot in the air so imho he can't be criticised too much. I actually warmed to him as the evening went on and thought his kicking to players out wide was excellent and his general handling pretty good.
