Total no atmosphere zone this afternoon.

In the past there has never been at atmosphere at Watford, not even for Christmas matches. They have not got the excuse of the track around the outside nowadays.

The only place ever rivalling Vicarage Road for lack of atmosphere was Ashton gate, home of Bristol City.

More atmosphere I have found at Orient and even Gillingham, but that is going back at bit. Still Withdean is rather poor as well for the ordinary matches, which does not include Wolves.

I have never known a poor atmosphere against Wolves, some of the best matches ever. It helps that we win most of them.

i think we've got a rather viable excuse for the lack of atmosphere at withdean though! when we get falmer, however.....
