Bearing in mind that he didn't get much chance at SPurs and he was a (by then very unpopular) Glen Hoddle signing he wasn't liked much. The fact that he went on to West Ham as makeweight in a transfer for their beloved Defoe didn't help him much either.

He's lost confidence but if he came here he'd be garranteed a hero's welcome and I think in the end we, West Ham and the man himself would all benefit.

I think you may have put this in the wrong thread:dunce:

For what it's worth I agree with you though.

One Watford fan makes some stupid comments and you brand them all tossers, hypocrites and losers.

:nono:

Did I mention that they were all tossers etc? I was talking about one bigotted old fart!

I used to rate your posts mate, but recently you have been very menopausal ( and Yes I can't spell). Why the vitreol? I always thought we all got on?

Precisely LB, we have freedom of speach on this board, means we can say whatever we like.

I presume the same freedom exists on your own web boards, mind you I haven't been on them so I can't be certain, perhaps there isn't and that is why you prefer to share your own opinions with supporters from another team.

Leave LB alone. He is just like the other sleeping giant supporters. Pretending to be welsh when it suits but still more interested in an english team when i comes to it. yeah and before you start i saw your lot wearing Manure shitrts when i was at Ninian Shite. EXPLAIN THAT ONE AWAY. Yakki dah (sorry i am proud to say i don't know the welsh language)..

Walking back from the game on Monday, I was walking up the ramp to the car park and this old Watford fan said in a very loud voice,...." ...when you bunch of faggots are kicked out of the league it will be the happiest day in football..."

I asked him what the F he was on about and he said..." i dont talk to faggots, I may catch something...."

As he was with what looked like his two small grandchildren and his wife I let it lie, but I was so astounded, I asked a copper who was stood next to us if he heard it and he said "Yes I did", but just shrugged.

For all the gay banter there are still some very sad individuals out there.

Perhapse Elton John turned him down after the Club Dinner? :lolol:

Thimble, that would have been the perfect response, Watford have been bankrolled by one of the most famous and "out" gay men in not just Britain but the World. Some people have very short memories.

God I wish i could have pointed that out. Then politlely explained to his children that their father is a brainless hipocrite.Hopefully resulting in him lashing out and humiliating him even further.

I always wished that Elton had been from Brighton, top bloke with his heart totally in the right place, but I reckon that his reputation on top of our "alleged one" would have been to much for the most troglodytic fans of our opponents to handle.
