Update from the ticket office - All their systems are down but there are still tickets available - apparently they should still be available to buy online but evidently not.

I've just returned from the ticket office. Their system crashed and they couldn't sell any tickets either online or in person. They are trying to sort it out now. The tickets aren't physically in the office either. They were taking names in the actual office with a view to sending those people their tickets by post. Obviously, that was taking a long time and there was a fair queue building.

Anyway, the good news is that the chap in the ticket office ensured us that 2000 extra tickets were being allocated to us in addition to the 2300. So, to conclude (horay - Ed.) everyone who wants to go will, in all likelihood, get a ticket - in the away end.

Keep calm and carry on.

we may recieve over 4,000 but what are the chances of selling all of them? I would be happy if we took 3,000 people but wouldn't be surprised if we took more...

The club ticket sales system needs a big review, its a total mess and wastes a lot of fans time, on line I have recently spent over 15 minutes at position 11. I also tried on line and every time I tried to purchase a Watford ticket, I get "there are no items in your basket" I know there arnt any tickets in my basket, you wont let me put any there. Yes I now know that there are not any tickets left, (although yesterday pm I was told there were plenty ) so why cant the club tell us straight that they do not have any tickets left to sell, instead of misleading us to try again and again.Surley it is not difficult for the website to tell us that there are no more tickets available. This did happen eventually on the phone line.

I've just spoken to a lady (well babe, she sounded cute) in the ticket office and she confirmed that the system has crashed and no tickets are currently available for sale. She said they will have to do some accounting to see how many tickets have been sold and how many (if any) are left. She also said not to believe north stand chat as there is no confirmation of any further tickets and she believes we are unlikely to get any!!!

What a shambles. Fair enough, not much they can do about the system crashing, but they could at least make it clear if we are getting these extra tickets, instead of some saying yes and some saying no.

Ordered my tickets online for Watford and Orient and money taken from my bank account, but no sign of either yet.

I knew that Rovers would be a choice of sitting or standing so telephoned the ticketline and they arrived the following day.

The whole system needs reviewing.

I was told the ticket line phone number will be updated with latest situation and it has.

I have just rung and it says that the initial allocation has now been sold and we are waiting to hear if further tickets will be made available.
