The ones that twist round one another - I got all disorientated and came out backwards - put my arms out and then POPPED my arm out!

I was clocked at 63mph on Summit Plummet in Florida the other week. One piece of advise for anyone who does this slide. Don't do this just before you are due to fly home. Your arse is the only thing that acts as a brake and having a bruised arse cheek when you have an 8 hour plus flight home is not good.
