Don't know about that... think Clough ruined him.... if he'd gone somewhere else instead of Forest he may well have done much better.

That's not quite true Doug.

He scored 16 for a struggling Albion in Div 1. That is not a bad return from a striker. Rooney has only 12 league goals so far this season. Kind of puts it in perspective when you look at the talent around him.
