Why does it all have to revolve around money. Iwellumo wanted a relocation expenses,quite understandable taking into account the price of property down here compared to Stoke area, we refused so he didnt sign for us again.

I know a lot of the top players keep their houses when they get transferred. I read once that Liam Brady has 5 from times at different clubs but at our level I would think that they either move to a club that is within commuting distance or sell up and move.

If you take CKR as an example had he been 25 and married how could he have afforded to sell a house near Bury and buy one near Brighton?
