That's a very strong batting side that Warks can put out. Interesting to see that Davis and Mushy are both playing seeing as Lewry is fit now. Something in the pitch for the spinners?

30-1 now. These two are the key ones to get. I fear the worst, we always seem to lose at Edgbaston.

Given the weather at the moment, I reckon most of the games in this round will be draws. While that's good for us staying up, it means we won't retain the championship. But I think we need to be realistic – second or third place is our goal now.

id take a draw, away at Warickshire is a good place for bad weather. More likely to be points gained rather than lost.

Warwickshire have started with a draw in mind. Given the weather, if they can bat long, there will be no prospect of a positive result for Sussex.:(

That should all but guarantee them the championship, so who can blame them.
