Why are we letting Whittingham and Sharma crawl their way towards 400 for 1 point when we could declare and throw everything at them with the slim chance of a win and significantly more points?

Zero chance of a result today - too many overs lost unfortunately - so trying to get the 1 last batting bonus point was the right / best option
