[Cricket] Warm Up Tops - what gives?

What is it with the warm up gear this season? Man United have nicked our 1991 Chewit Wrapper shirt, ours is dreadful and Liverpool's has more white lines on than the North Stand bogs.

Are they SUPPOSED to be dreadful?

Cynically I always presume the warm up tops/training gear etc is made to look distinctive so folks can show they'e got the latest kit when it comes out. Next season it'll be obvious it was last seasons so they'll flock to the shop and get the new latest version.
