A few times recently, I've woken up pretty early (for me at least) and felt refreshed enough to get out of bed despite the early hour.
I've heard there are supposed advantages to waking up at certain points in your sleep cycle, and wonder if I just fluked hitting one of those spots.
I know there are devices and apps that try to wake you up at 'the right time' in order to assist with this. Does anyone do this, or have any experience with it? It makes a great difference to wake up feeling bright and breezy instead of the usual uuurrrgggghhhhhh.
