How has Theo got 2 thousand and something votes? For that matter, how has Scott Carson got 6 hundred and something?

Just to recap...

Whoever you vote for, it won't make a blind bit of difference.

The general public are only actually voting to create a shortlist of the top seven players who'll be analysed by FIFA's technical committee.

So it's all in FIFA's hands. This internet poll thingie is just Gillette / FIFA guff. My thinking is that Podolski will win, regardless of the public vote.

What a bizarre list, how did Walcott and Carson get any votes when it was impossible to tell that they were actually at the WC?

But this vote-rigging's irrelevant!! FIFA will choose who they want to. Valencia won't get it. It will be between Podolski and Ronaldo.
