whilst she does a lot of good for local charities etc, she also has a wonderful hands off approach to dealing with customer concerns. When somebody was seriously injured in one of her restaurants - the only response she provided was to provide details of her insurance company, despite the fact that she knew the person involved.

This. My mother tripped on those knackered stairs leading down to the other restaurant bit and fell. How did their customer service kick in? Barred from the restaurant and accused of scamming. Nice.

Perry voted for.

wow - perhaps my wife got beneficial treatment after all! Getting the inusrance company details is a step up from being accused of hustling.
