Quick Q for the NSC gurus.

Cheapest / Easiest way to get Virgin Media in a second room?

I don't care about having two seperate boxes and getting to watch different channels on each, etc. But if it's the cheapest (or pretty similar cost), then so be it!

I had one of these things a while back, but it broke, and was a bit shit. I think we must have had ghosts, as the reception kept going whilst in bed and no-one else was in / moving around -

It could just be it was cheap (it was left here when we moved in). And a better one of them is infact the best route to take.

Cheers.

The best and cheapest way of running a television signal within your house is via a cable.

That's the only way I've done it in the past and the only way I'll do it in the future.

I'm RUBBISH at TV's, etc. What kind of cable are we talking about? My TV is currently plugged into the VM box via scart lead. Not sure I can fit one of them through the wall

If you're using a scart lead to the telly from the V box, then use an aerial cable to the second tv. You will need to drill through the wall to get a tidy job, or you can run a cable round the doors. Simple job

EDIT: Think I've worked out what you mean. So I can have both a scart lead (going to one TV), and an aerial lead (going to the other TV), both coming from the same VM box? Will these then both work at the same time, displaying the same image?

Cheers!

Got a wireless signal sender like the one above which is prety pants. Its sbout 10 years old and if the wireless internet is on it cannot get any signal. Is this the case with all signal senders or just because its so old?

Leeds - but not the dirty bit
Try changing the channels they aoperate on, on either the video sender or the wifi. Sounds like they are conflicting, common problem easily resolved
