Hardly any connection tonight? Anyone else experiencing this problem? I'd ring their 'customer care' number but it costs a fortune from a mobile. Wankers.
Had less than 0.5mb for almost 3 weeks, when I'm paying for 10mb. Rung them about 5 times before they finally sent out a technician, who just replaced my old silver NTL modem with a new Virgin modem. Back to normal now but still very frustrating.
