Vinyl to CD help needed!

I've got hold of a very (very) rare stereo version of Phil Spector's Christmas Album on 12"LP. It's rare because you can barely get this album in stereo anywhere, and definately not on CD.

I'm loathe to buy a record deck with USB etc. just for one album, so has anyone local to me (Broadwater OR Portslade {parents}) got the facilities to copy this album to a CD in good quality?

I'll offer a tenner as an incentive for doing me the favour!!! - £5 to the person who does it and £5 to REMF...

...any takers?

Spooky, I was just logging on this morning to check out usb turntables as I want to get my Shakin Stevens LPs onto my MP3.

I didn't even know they existed until I read the times colour supplement at the weekend.

Do they do the job?

hi i have a usb turntable and they are really good,, requires a little bit of effort, but it comes over to the computer really well, then either pop it on to a cd or an ipod and away you go..

Just one other question, does the whole album save as one track or can you split them?

Theres a couple on eBay that are in Stereo for £2 if thats a bargin as well, unfortunately they are in vinyl though !!

Weve had a few a few of these inquiries. You can record using your computer direct from the auxilary of your amp.
