Anyway big no from me under him I fear we could be in championship with in 2 years
Had we not started this season with unprecedented scoring, for 5 (five) games I fear we would be in championship next season.

At least it stops the ’Return of Potter’ narrative, that said GP’s private driver allegedly told a usually very reliable source that Potter told him, whilst sat in the back of his Datsun Cherry, that coming back to the Amex as boss would be like returning to your ex wife after a somewhat toxic divorce!

Let’s hope RDZ stays.

Then the injuries started piling up and we headed into Europe.
The club gambled on the injured players returning which was the wrong call. We now have more injuries a patched up weak midfield and people wonder why we aren’t winning.

Interesting that odds on Ralf Rangnick to Bayern have been suspended on SkyBet.
Rangnick was at the Red Bull Salzburg games last weekend. Could have been to watch players in his role as Austria manager, but Salzburg sacked their manager last week (while top of the league!), and have appointed Onur Cinel (assistant to Rangnick at Austria) to the end of the season. Rangnick previously worked with Red Bull to help develop Salzburg and Leipzig.

RB Salzburg forum has rumours of Rangnick to Salzburg after the EUROs. But you know how reliable football forums are.

FRUIT OF THE BLOOM
initially i thought Kompany fits the bill, and that he had been let down by Burnley giving him little money to spend

Turns out he has spent plenty on bang average players.

Now that does not mean hes not a decent coach. Maybe us supplying him with players would work.

As it stands i think we can do better, but what do i know.

I still think RDZ will be with us next year for some reason anyway

never going to happen. obviously there’s the wages element first and foremost but amorim is also going to want a club that can fund him for repeated european campaigns and let him bring in several immediate improvements to the team
And as it turns out - not West Ham... (well it was never likely was it)

It's like whack-a-mole!

Apparently Liverpool have interviewed Gary O'Neil. Ralf Rangnick looks like he could be the option that Bayern go for. But then now AC Milan are looking for a new manager.

Nah, JCL obviously I used to support Melchester Rovers, and I have lost my mojo for life in general to be honest.

Just so meh lately.
Good team they were then. Ben Galloway as manager, Tubby Morton in goal and Blackie Grey and Roy Race up front. I remember them beating Chidsea as well.

F*** me we’re showing our age! :lolol:

He’s 66 and been there 9 years so doubtful. I like his tactics though man marking when not in possession giving Liverpool no time on the ball.
