Yes, he is. He was very accomplished and stylish against Liverpool and even more so today. He doesn't get caught out by pace, he gets on the ball higher up the pitch and he doesn't give it away half as often. His best position is in midfield, but he's much better at left back than Painter.

Yep.
Other than the great goal, I thought Vincelot gave the ball away repeatedly, and their right wide men got unchallenged crosses in on many occasions.

Best full backs for me are Jara & Tano. Don't rate the others at this level, unfortunately, at their defensive duties.
