Villarreal and Norwich tickets sent in seperate envelopes

Do you know if this is meant to be the case for Newport? Bought my normal seat and yet a paper ticket has arrived.

I bought my season ticket seats for the Villareal match. I am assuming that the match has been loaded to my smart card, as I have just received the RECEIPT in the post without any physical tickets.

They've never bothered sending receipts for cup games in the past, why bother with a friendly?

I rang up instead of my usual buy online option. I brought for my own seat and was informed it will be loaded to my ST card, so no ticket or receipt needed. You should be fine.

I have purchased my normal ST seats and have been sent paper tickets for both matches. I can assure you of that

I spoke to the ticket office, if your an existing season ticket holder and have booked your own seat it will be uploaded to your smart card.

Was expecting smartcard loadup, but paper ones arrived ( in separate envelopes ).

No Newport tickets yet though.

Trivial perhaps, but the club is trying to save money and this should be a no brainer.

It just goes to show how big a job Paul Barber has got sorting the Club out. With morons like that in the Ticket Office, what chance has he got?
