We can only play on one wing at a time.
4-3-3 is an unbalanced system. It does require a central midfielder who is exceptional, so we might play more like a 4-4-2.
But football tends to be unbalanced with the players going over the side where the ball is.

I still think we need another left-sided midfielder.
