Village Way

After a game do the police allow cars to go up Village Way to either stop and pick up people or just to turn around They do not allow cars to stop near the bus stop at Falmer Station but was wondering if wife can pick me up near the bus turn around at the top of Village Way.

Even if open, I'd imagine it would be a nightmare to get into/out of if soon after the game.

Wouldn't it be easier to get picked up at the bottom of the road that leads up to the bridge carpark? There is a layby and you would be more or less straight on the Lewes Rd, facing towards Brighton.

Drive down Coldean Lane, turn left towards Lewes, drive to the next set of traffic lights (just before you get to the Brighton Bypass junction) and then turn right at those lights, underneath the main road.

Thank you Lord B that where I thought that it was. We are going to Brighton on Friday so will take my wife that way to show her where I would like to be picked up after the Bolton game.
