I've had it confirmed by the club that there'll be no further tickets. Now to decide whether to go in the Villa end or the beamback

Really! Why did they just select you to advise there would be no more tickets then? Also, if they know there will be no more tickets why are they still operating going ahead with the waiting list.

I just emailed Supporter Services to ask the question as beam back tickets going on sale tomorrow. I don't know how that affects the waiting list. I took it that we're not getting any / much more than the 2,700 odd already allocated

Phoned up and asked. They were fine. They did email a week or so later asking if I was an Albion fan and I just said I was attending the match as a neutral *cough cough. They treated me really well on the day.

I'm guessing if you had said you were an Albion fan they would have said no.......I think I'm going to ring AV tomorrow to enquire and see how I get on

I have made contact with Villa about hospitality and came clean as an Albion supporter. They were fine about it and emailed me numerous options.

Thank you ...that's very helpful ..I'll contact them as well...just as a matter of interest what package were you looking at? Do you know much about the dress code?

Just posted info above. I didn't ask about dress code. We were considering all options as a fall back. As it turned out we all had enough loyalty points to make yesterday's and today's cut...so we're in the away end.

Good luck.

Have they got a bargain basement option.

Sort of like:

- pie thrown at you on entry,
- dog-eared programme provided by surly waiting staff,
- warm diet coke (as much as you drink between 2.55pm and 2.58pm)
- seats that give you splinters in your ar*e
- multiple interruptions throughout match (well what do you expect watching the match from the
kitchens?)

that sort of thing

Without reading the whole thread didn't we give Villa more tickets than usual for the game at the Amex. Surely they should take this into account.
I was lucky to get a couple of tickets this morning but do feel for those who were unable to purchase one.
Just an observation about our ticket office, when I first logged in this morning it had a queuing message so i thought I would also ring the ticket office, they only sold tickets on the phone after two pm and told me to book online, not everyone has access to a computer during a working day.

That's Profit Paul's way, we weren't selling out every game back then.
