Does anyone know roughly how many Gold members, Blue members and white members there are on the club system?

I would give the ticket office a call. I couldn't log in to book Torquay tickets, even though I had paid for my white membership. Called the ticket office and they were very helpfull in getting it activated for me and provoding me with my number.

If you're a season ticket holder it's printed on the bottom of your tickets. If you're not then you don't need to worry for a few days cos you can't buy tickets yet anyway!

Not a season ticket holder no, people I am going with are not even on the white membership (despite paying away membership for life) so will have to hope they do go on general sale I guess, if not then home end!

All worked fine for me. Didn't know my password, so clicked the forgotten password button and it was emailed to me immediately. Linked a mates season ticket account to mine, and bought our 2 tickets. Sweet as.

I thought there was a sizeable number on the database so if the majority of those request tickets there will be none left over for general sale.

I think if more than 3 people are logged online then the system can't cope. I keep getting told server busy too.

Nice to know they have based their system on NSC's parameters. :laugh:

Ummm, sorry to fly in the face of public opinion, but I just bought one for myself and I still think the system is shit.

Here's why:

1) I can understand rationing of cup game tickets; maybe 2 per STH would be reasonable. One per STH is stingy;

2) Automatic seat allocation for cup games - in this day and age it's very easy to set up a system where you can choose your seat, as per the home games;

3) What about priority tickets for those of us that travelled all the way to Torquay last weekend? Or away members?;

4) You used to be able to buy more than 1 ticket over the phone, but not with this system. Now I can't even invite a friend to a home game; he or she has to be registered on the system, which is impossible if I'm going to surprise them or give the ticket as a present. Sometimes I don't even know who I'm gonna invite yet. I have taken mates to their first ever 'pro' football game like this and they've gone on to become season ticket holders. Not any more.

I get the feeling that most of the praise for the system is an expression of people's joy at getting a ticket, not a reflection of the system itself.

ALL IT DOES IS HELP KEEP OUR ATTENDANCES AND SUPPORT DOWN.

From me it gets a full 3/10, or in other words: FAIL.

Ticket office telephone line is closed today due to staff shortages. You can email them on tickets@bhafc.co.uk but don't expect a reply any time soon!
