Fair enough.
Tony Bloom however would not want Brentford in Europe so Villa it has to be (unfortunately)
I forgot about that. What Tony wants overrules everything in my opinion, so I'm now hoping it's Tottenham getting into the Conference League.

Basically, I think we’ll lose comfortably - 3 or 4. And as we have literally nothing to play for, I won’t be bothered 🤣

Congrats on Europe and for finishing 6th Brighton.

Will The FA be sending Brentford and Villa an apology letter if Spurs finish above both? We all know the game against you was clearly match fixing and they should have 3 points less now.
I'm sure @Bozza will be happy to provide your IP address should PGMOL's solicitors request it.

FRUIT OF THE BLOOM
Really does not matter what side we put out, if Villa cant beat us at the weekend they dont deserve it.

40,00 Villa fans right up for it, I would be suprised if they are not 2 up in 15 mins and coasting, we will be professional I am sure but Villa have everything to play for and we have nothing really, small margins make all the difference.

on a side not I bet Martinez wont be wasting time on Sunday like he did at our place .... well until they are 2 up ofcourse haha

Is there a view on whether our game at VP is on the box?.... it seems to me that our game has qualification riding on it, alongside the three games involving Leeds, Spurs, Leicester and Everton already announced.
It's on Sky.

You don’t seem to have embraced RDZ’s mindset at all :lolol:
Yeh but with the injuries etc I think the side we put out will be extremely weak

We need to put our strongest side available and win this game. Quite frankly I don't care who gets the final conference league place, it's irrelevant. Albion to win is all that matters. When we are 3 or 4 níl up we can take off Enciso, Fergie, Facundo, Colwill, Billy etc and then put on the youngsters.

True, could all end in disaster like the City game ;)
I thought that was gonna be a 4 or 5 er - so let me keep my negative mindset that gets elated if it’s any better than my acceptance of defeat…

I did predict Forest loss and sort of Everton FWIW but also thought we’d get tonked 3 or 4s against Arsenal 🤣👌

As in the Haribo advert with the two policemen with kid’s voices in the car

“But they are the youngsters” :lolol:

I'd like to see us give the likes of Offiah, Moran, Ayari and Peupion some game time. A good chance to see what they can do, with nothing riding on the result

A lot of Villa fans on their forum saying they can beat us, they are better than us etc. I really do hope we turn up and win. Their tactics at the Amex were disgusting, particularly Martinez - not to mention the most stonewall penalty ever not being given.

That said, I'm not keen on Spurs securing a Euro spot after the WHL debacle. Added to which, they have been pretty awful all season and really don't deserve it. They may come in for RDZ, but if they are not in Europe, he surely wouldn't be tempted. On the other hand, Brentford qualifying would take a bit of gloss off our own achievements.

So I'm hoping we'll beat Villa and Spurs lose to Leeds, although that might also result in the nightmare scenario of Leeds staying up. So add to that an Everton win, too.

Thank you, God.

haha THIS. But I want Leeds to stay up as it's a cracking away day.
