I dont think we have won since he's joined the club.

i was thinking that too earlier, think we'd better send him back from wherever we got him!

No but seriously, easily the best player in the division, and I don't thnk it will be long before the rest of our team begin to link up with him a bit better. How good would we be once him and CMS start to develop a partnership (similar to rooney gerrard one for england). I'm just hoping he may be a little loyal like valencia fans say he is, although no one could blame him for moving on.

Does anyone genuinely think he's good enough to play down the wing in the prem, nowhere near quick enough IMHO and can't see him as a centre mid there as no one will want to give him a free role like he has here. Maybe he's commited to helping us move up? Wishful thinking.....

Agree with my learned friend dwayne - a class above. Incredible control, strong on the ball and great vision.

My fear, already, is that he will become frustrated at the others not being up to his quality.

A real delight to watch him in action.

Been saying this since for a while. Playing with Barnes, dicker, sparrow, painter, ankergren will only serve to piss him off very quickly and wonder why he ever set eyes on this club.

Some ridiculous comments here. He knew he was joining a championship side and, as happens anywhere, he and the remainder of the club will learn to play together. The longer they play together the more they all will understand each other. And maybe that will result in some exciting times!

Worthing
In terms of pedigree, he is the best player in the division by a country mile, and once fully match fit he should be the best player in this division by some distance. I can't think of another player in The Championship with 38 caps for the best international team in world football......

I`ll tell you want then. I`ll judge him on what he does in an Albion shirt and you judge him on what he has done before.
I must add that I hope he goes on to become an Albion legend in the future.

Youve obviously never played before!

Whilst i think the sun shines out of vicente's arse, theres no doubt he'll get pissed off playing week in week out with the likes of dicker. sparrow and barnes. These guys aren't fit to wash his boots.

Do you honestly believe Gus said to him before he arrived that he'll be joining a midfield that struggle to compete every week.( apart from Bridcutt)

Never played before what? I'm only saying that they will come to understand what each other is capable of. And I'm sure he will have been aware that he was joining a club with players of very mixed abilities.
